The idea for our Pilates studio grew naturally from my skincare practice. Initially, it was something personal—a way to offer my clients more than just a facial. After the challenges of COVID, when I was looking for a new space for my skincare practice, I found a perfect opportunity to expand. The space was empty and ready to be filled with energy, and Pilates felt like the perfect fit to complement the wellness journey I’d already been sharing with my clients. What started as a way to offer something extra quickly grew into a vibrant community, with people from all walks of life joining us. While beauty may fade, the strength we build, the energy we cultivate, and the confidence we gain through movement are lasting and transformative.
